Numbers Chain Reaction

The rules of this game are super simple. You have 5 lives (represented by hearts) and you can click on any box with a number. When you click on a square, you lose a life but you add +1 to the number in that square. If at least 3 boxes with an identical number are next to each other, then they join together to form a higher number. This new higher number can also now form a new group of 3 or more and so on.
