Present Moment

Present Moment is a collective montage short film made through the use of found footage. Its’ message may be interpreted in several different ways, however, the film’s initial denotation is about the importance of living life within the present moment, since time is technically irrelevant. It emphasizes humanities’ paranoia infused lives and how none of our day-to-day stresses actually matter in the long run. I compiled audio and footage from different eras and movies, giving the copyrighted content a new meaning. This film can be placed under “Quoting in order to recombine elements to make a new work that depends for its meaning relationships between the elements.”
