Esther Zafrani is a professional fruit and vegetable carver residing in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up, she was always interested in art, whether it was drawing or painting. Since she was a child, she always joked that she was born with a crayon in her hand. However, after a series of events in her life, she discovered that her ultimate passion was carving foods.
