Balance Dance Theatre

I found myself in the museum of natural history celebrating Kwanzaa. I was volunteering with the Harlem Arts Alliance. I looked to the left of me, Than I looked to my right. I felt a chill come over me. I couldn't explain this feeling. My History, My culture was prominently placed front and center for all walks of life to partake and enjoy. I felt like a wide eyed kid, Just happy to be there. As I watched Balance Dance Theater Warm-up backstage I said to myself "Something special is about to happen"....I was not wrong! Thankful.
